Good and absolutely perfect spot close enough to the centre of the old town, and restaurants. Lots of food at the English breakfast.

The standard double room is neat and has Wi-Fi, a small fridge, and a kettle. The cost is £ 55. It has exceptionally nice staff members in a warm friendly manner.

We had a very very good stay for one night as a birthday treat for my sister.

Particularly good and fab location close to walk into town via the river, all was very good. We had lunch at nearby The Fisherman's Wife, tried their fast food options.

It was a cute place, had really helpful and attentive staff in a warm friendly manner. We were in a quiet location not too far away from York Castle Museum.

The location is particularly good, 15 minutes' walk to Clifford's Tower. The rooms are top-class, newly decorated, and come with coffee, a hair dryer, and a kettle.

The hotel needs updating.

Sensational breakfast, best ever had, with yoghurts and fresh milk, as example. My standard triple room was immaculately clean with the 4 beds. The location was great and easy for walking around Rowntree Park.  

Everything was perfectly fine, including very professional and helpful staff in a warm friendly manner. Location: the hotel was just next door to the main centre of town and the centr. We had lunch in The Fisherman's Wife, placed close by.
